The first is the underarm to underarm and the second is the collar to hemline. I do add more for dresses and pants.  Many of my items have lots of stretch.  I do not stretch at all. Items are in very good ready to wear condition. If they are not I will photograph and detail it in the notes. PLEASE make sure you take a shirt you are comfortable in and measure--this is the best way to make sure that each item fits you best.
