2) Made of premium steel used with Multi-process produced, finished with black oxide coated. PSI gauge with a hard coated crystal dial face for scratch and corrosion resistance, the gauge on your water valve is important and tells you how the system is operating
3) When installing pressure gauge, do not use Teflon tape or over-tighten, it could cause the valve to rupture. Use plastic joint compound 11775 or plumber's putty. Screw hand-tight plus one half turn with wrench on flats 4) One-piece replacement design allows for easy installation. Simply turn the pump off. Take the knob off. Take off the band clamp and the dome off the water valve. Undo the cap and hand tighten the gauge on. Replace the dome assembly. And put everything back. No electricity required.
